SMD LED Corporate Event Production
Professional SMD Screens & Complete Event Production
Kaya coordinates indoor and outdoor LED screens, stage fabrication, sound, lighting, truss and rigging, branding and venue setup through one production team — so the screen, the structure that carries it and everything around it are planned together rather than by four separate suppliers.
Kaya capabilities and service areas
About Kaya
An SMD-first event production company
Kaya is built around SMD/LED screens. The screen is specified first — size, pitch, position and viewing distance — and the stage, rigging, power, sound, lighting and venue setup are then planned to support it.
That order removes most of the problems that show up on event day. Sightlines are resolved before seating is planned. The structure is sized for the screen it actually has to carry. Power is calculated across every department instead of one at a time. Cable routes are designed while the room is still empty.
Working with one production team also means one point of accountability on site, from the first load-in to the final strike, rather than a handover gap between suppliers at the moment it matters most.
Services
Four service families, led by SMD/LED screens
Take the screen on its own, or take the whole production. Most clients start with the screen and add the services around it as the plan develops.

What we do
A coordinated delivery model, not a supplier list
The same five stages run every Kaya job, whether the scope is one screen in a boardroom or a full conference build with a fabricated stage.
-
01
Share the brief
Tell us the event type, expected audience, venue and what has to appear on screen. A rough idea is enough to start.
-
02
Confirm date, venue and requirements
We check the date, review the venue or its drawings, and confirm access, power and load-in timings.
-
03
Plan screen and production scope
We specify the SMD configuration and the stage, sound, lighting, rigging and setup that go with it, then quote against that scope.
-
04
Install, test and operate
The crew installs and tests ahead of the programme, then runs the screen and technical systems live.
-
05
Dismantle and close out
After the event we strike the setup, clear the site and hand the venue back in the condition it was received.
Why teams choose Kaya
What you can expect from working with us
No guarantees we cannot evidence — just the working practices that make screen-led events run predictably.
SMD-first planning
The screen is specified first — pitch, size, position and viewing distance — and the rest of the production is planned around it, not the other way round.
One coordinated team
Screens, fabrication, sound, lighting, rigging and setup are handled by a single production team, so there is one point of accountability on site.
Indoor and outdoor solutions
Ballroom and auditorium setups as well as open-ground and outdoor builds, each specified for its own conditions.
Integrated technical services
Stage, sound, lighting, truss and power are planned together so cabling, sightlines and load-in sequence work as one plan.
On-site operation and support
Technicians stay with the setup through the live programme rather than handing over and leaving.
Quotes built on real requirements
Every quote is prepared against your actual date, venue, screen size and scope — there are no fixed packages to fit your event into.
Industries & event types
Where Kaya’s setup fits
Different events ask different things of a screen. These are the formats the service is most often specified for.
Corporate events
Annual meetings, town halls, dealer conferences, kick-offs and award nights where the screen carries the presentation, the branding and the live camera feed.
Conferences
Multi-session conferences and seminars that need clear content visibility from the front row to the back of the hall, plus reliable audio across a long programme.
Exhibitions
Trade shows and expos where the stand has to be built, branded and lit, with LED displays that hold attention in a busy hall.
Product launches
Launch events built around a reveal moment, where screen content, lighting and sound have to land on the same cue.
Brand activations
Mall, campus and public-space activations that need a compact, quick-to-install setup with strong visual presence.
University and institutional events
Convocations, orientations, sports days and institutional ceremonies held in halls, auditoriums or on open grounds.

Frequently asked questions
The questions that come up most often before an SMD screen or event production booking.
The most useful details are the event date, the city and venue, whether the setup is indoor or outdoor, the approximate screen size or the wall space available, the expected audience size, and what will be shown on screen. If you also know your load-in window and whether the venue provides power, the quote can be prepared far more accurately. If you do not have all of it yet, share what you have and the team will work through the rest with you.
Yes. Indoor setups in halls, ballrooms and auditoriums and outdoor setups on grounds and open venues are both handled. The two are specified differently — outdoor screens need higher brightness, weather-appropriate structure and their own power and rigging plan — so the requirement is confirmed at the quoting stage rather than assumed.
Yes. The scope covers installation and testing before the programme, technical operation during it, and dismantling and site clearance afterwards. The same team that installs the setup stays with it, so there is no handover gap between suppliers on the event day.
That is the way Kaya is set up to work. Stage structure, truss and rigging, sound, lighting, power and cable management are planned alongside the screen so that sightlines, cable routes and the load-in sequence work as a single plan instead of separate suppliers arriving with conflicting requirements.
Kaya works across Pakistan. Enquiries for venues anywhere in Pakistan are welcome, including venues that require an on-site visit before the setup is confirmed.
Use the Request a Quote form to send your event details, or call and WhatsApp the team directly on the numbers listed on this site. WhatsApp is usually the quickest way to share a venue photo, a floor plan or a rough screen size and get the conversation started.
