Quotes, bookings and scope

Quotes are prepared against the event details you provide. If the date, venue, screen configuration, access arrangements or scope change after a quote is issued, the quote is revised against the new information.

Availability is not reserved until a booking is confirmed in writing.

Enquiries and communication

Submitting a form, calling or messaging on WhatsApp starts a conversation about your requirement. It does not create a contract, and it does not reserve a date.
