Exhibition & Brand Activation Fabrication
Exhibition fabrication and brand activation builds where the structure, branding and display are planned as one unit and installed inside the organiser's window.
Overview
Exhibition & Activation Fabrication across Pakistan
Exhibition work is dictated by the clock. Organisers give a fixed build-up window, a fixed opening time and a fixed breakdown slot, and everything — structure, branding, display, lighting and power — has to fit inside them.
Kaya fabricates stands and activation structures with that schedule as the starting point, and with the LED display designed into the build rather than added at the end. The result is a stand that is finished when the hall opens, not one still being adjusted while the first visitors walk past.
The same approach applies to brand activations in malls, campuses and open commercial spaces, where install and strike windows are often even tighter.
Where it is used
Typical applications
Every event asks something slightly different of the setup. These are the situations this service is most often specified for.
Trade show stands
Shell-scheme upgrades and space-only builds with branded walls, storage and display.
Space-only exhibition builds
Larger fabricated structures with integrated LED and lighting.
Product display environments
Plinths, display walls and lit product positions.
Mall activations
Compact, quick-build structures for retail and public spaces.
Campus activations
University and college brand presence with fast install and strike.
Registration and entrance builds
Branded arches, counters and welcome environments.
Scope of work
What is included
Quoted against your actual event rather than a fixed package. Scope can be reduced or extended depending on what you already have covered.
- Stand or activation structure fabricated to your approved design
- Printed branding, graphics and applied finishes
- LED display integrated into the build where required
- Stand lighting and power distribution
- Storage, counters, plinths and display fixtures
- Build inside the organiser’s published build-up window
- On-site presence during show hours where required
- Breakdown, removal and site clearance within the strike window
Not sure what you need?
Send the date and venue and the team will work the rest out with you
Most enquiries start with a rough idea and a photograph of the room. That is enough to begin — the specification is built from there.
Planning considerations
Exhibition fabrication: what to plan for
The decisions below are inexpensive to make early and expensive to change late. Working through them before the quote is what makes the quote accurate.
Read the organiser’s manual before designing
Height limits, rigging rules, floor loading, fire regulations, power ordering deadlines and build-up times all come from the organiser, and they vary by hall and by show. Designing before reading the manual usually leads to a redesign.
Order power and services early
Exhibition venues charge more — and sometimes cannot supply at all — for late power, water or internet orders. Confirming the stand’s electrical requirement early is a small step that avoids a large problem.
Design for how visitors actually move
The most effective stands keep an open approach from the main aisle, put the display where it is visible from a distance, and keep conversations away from the walkway. Visual impact and traffic flow are the same design problem.
Plan the strike as carefully as the build
Breakdown windows are short and halls empty in a hurry. Knowing what is being kept, what is being disposed of and who is collecting stored items should be settled before the show opens, not after it closes.
Delivery
How Kaya delivers this service
The same five stages apply whether the scope is a single screen or a full production.
-
01
Share the brief
Tell us the event type, expected audience, venue and what has to appear on screen. A rough idea is enough to start.
-
02
Confirm date, venue and requirements
We check the date, review the venue or its drawings, and confirm access, power and load-in timings.
-
03
Plan screen and production scope
We specify the SMD configuration and the stage, sound, lighting, rigging and setup that go with it, then quote against that scope.
-
04
Install, test and operate
The crew installs and tests ahead of the programme, then runs the screen and technical systems live.
-
05
Dismantle and close out
After the event we strike the setup, clear the site and hand the venue back in the condition it was received.
FAQ
Exhibition & Activation Fabrication — questions we are asked
If your question is not here, send it with your enquiry and you will get a straight answer.
Yes. Designs are reviewed for buildability, organiser compliance and installation time, and any required adjustments are discussed with you before fabrication starts.
Yes, and it is usually better integrated at design stage than added afterwards. Building the display into the structure allows for a flush finish, hidden cabling and a proper power plan.
Yes. Installation within the organiser’s build-up window and removal within the strike window are part of the scope.
As soon as your space is confirmed and the organiser manual is available. That gives time for design, approvals, printing and services ordering without compressing the build.
